FILMMAKERS IN PERSON!
Produced, Directed & Animated by Michael Granberry
Original Score Composed by Lito Velasco
A mysterious rabbit with a set of magic keys summons a host of strange creatures to entertain a wicked king and his decadent court in this dark stop-motion animated fantasy inspired by the works of Ladislas Starevich. About the production:
A four-year labor of love begun in 2020 as a "pandemic lockdown project" and completed in 2024, "Les Bêtes" was conceived to be a zero-budget, entirely recycled film in the style of a 1930's Ladislas Starevich animation. Even the stop-motion characters, all of which were originally constructed for other projects that never materialized, were repurposed after rotting away in storage for almost two decades.

Consumed by the fruit's beauty, they bring it home, unleashing a malevolent force. Unbeknownst to them, the apples are tainted by the vengeful spirits of the Benders. By consuming the apples each member of the Miller family is possessed, turning their love into a twisted tool for murder. Mary Miller, the matriarch, becomes the chilling leader, orchestrating a reign of terror on their unsuspecting neighbors, all to make their possession of their unwilling hosts more permanent. Only Patricia, a caring neighbor, and her grandson Billy suspect something is wrong. Witnessing the disturbing changes in the Millers, they become the sole hope for stopping the possessed family and breaking the curse. Patricia and Billy must unravel the dark history of the apples and find a way to sever the Benders' grip on the Millers before the Bloody Benders finish their demonic work.

Hollywood Look Acne Patch

You are an actor, and your audition or film shoot is tomorrow. Unfortunately, you’ve got pimples on your face. You need an acne patch.

You are a director, producer, or makeup artist, and your actor has pimples on their face. You also need an acne patch. Of course, you can try to cover up with makeup. The problem is that, in close-ups, all will be visible. Maybe you’re making a documentary about pimples. In that case, you’re fine.  Otherwise, use an acne patch: "Hollywood Look" or "Actors Choice." These are the only acne patches recommended by actors, film, and TV industry specialists. Be protected before your next project. Always remember… the camera will catch everything.
